Refund policy

During a period of 14 calendar days after receipt of the goods you can return them. Please note the date of the postmark or the delivery of the collection invitation. After this period a return of the goods is no longer possible. Therefore, please check the goods carefully after receiving them.

The following conditions apply to the return:

• The item must be undamaged as well as unworn.
• The original packaging must also be undamaged.
• Any accessories must also be included.

If all these conditions are met, you will be refunded the purchase price.

Frank the package sufficiently and hand it in at the nearest post office.

After reviewing the return, we will refund you the purchase price, provided all the above conditions are met.

Return shipping costs:

Usually, you have to pay the shipping costs for returning unwanted goods yourself. However, if any of the following conditions apply, we will cover the shipping costs:

• You received an incorrect .
• You received a defective item.
• You have received an incomplete product.

Please make sure the item is packaged securely for return. An item must be returned in its original packaging and complete with all accessories.
